How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from K9p4.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Return & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@k9p4.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
